Kyle Lamkey
President
Kyle Lamkey is a seasoned leader in sports and entertainment, currently serving as Senior Director of Venue Operations & Engineering for the Los Angeles Kings. With nearly 25 years of expertise in venue management and ice operations, he played a key role in opening Rogers Place for the Edmonton Oilers and overseeing ice quality and operations for Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment.
Kyle also founded Canadian Arena Services, providing consulting and management services to arenas across North America, including serving as an ice technician for the Pyeongchang 2018 Olympics. He founded Global Venue Institute, shaping the future of ice and arena operations training in partnership with leading industry manufacturers.
Dave Senger
Regional VP of Operations Sask & MB
Dave Senger is a seasoned professional in the sports and entertainment industry with over two decades of experience. Dave is part of BaAM Productions, contributing to the field of play operations for multiple NHL outdoor games. His previous role as Supervisor of Operations at Mosaic Place involved ensuring optional ice quality for the Moose Jaw Warriors and coordinating event conversions and maintenance. For CAS, Dave oversees warehouse operations, leads ice installations, and provides subject matter expertise for training and operations.
Matt Messer
Regional VP of Operations AB and BC
Matthew Messer is the Director of Engineering & Ice Operations for the Oilers Entertainment Group. With over 10 years of experience, Matt has established himself as a leading figure in professional sports ice venues. Matt is Director of Engineering & Ice Operations for Oilers Entertainment Group and assisted with opening Rogers Place. Before joining the Oilers, Matt began his career with the Calgary Flames and gained invaluable experience as an Ice Technician for the Beijing 2022 and Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics. For CAS, Matt oversees warehouse operations, leads ice installations, and provides subject matter expertise for training and operations.
Steinunn Parsons
Special Projects Consultant
Steinunn Parsons is a consultant with over 25 years of leadership in professional sports and entertainment. She specializes in hospitality, guest experience, venue operations, training, and project management. Before joining CAS, Steinunn worked full-time with the Edmonton Oilers, Calgary Flames, Winnipeg Jets, and the 2010 and 2012 Olympic Games. For CAS, Steinunn leads administrative operations and provides consulting and subject matter expertise in fan experience, part-time team member engagement, and service excellence training.
